I had what I thought was an unsolvable problem with deadlines and deliveries wrapped around a weekend. No regular delivery services could help. USAC welcomed the challenged, walked me through the particulars, picked up my package on a Saturday night and delivered across the country as promised on Sunday afternoon. They're true fixers.
